Finally, we will do any necessary research that will help to make your web content easy to read, with powerful words that will reflect the image you want to achieve. We will work to make your content interesting and compelling. We will write, revise, edit, and proof read the web content before submitting it to you for any final feedback and suggestions. How long will it take to write my content?It can be days, or even weeks, for more complex projects as every website is different. Most projects take one to three weeks to complete. But some could take a lot longer if they have large numbers of pages. We like to say your project will be completed when we are both happy with it. How fast can you finish my content? Normally, a first draft can be completed within a week but the final draft will obviously take longer depending on the complexity of the content. What is created for you will be fresh, with completely original content. How many words do you consider one page? The typical page ranges from 500 to 800 words per page but this is flexible and we will work together to determine the exact amount necessary for your web content. Bear in mind though, search engines prefer pages with 500-800 words. How should I pay you? Payment can be made by either cash or cheque and full payment must be made before the electronic copy of your web content is submitted to you What formats do you use? Your content will be delivered in Word format. All images will be in Jpeg or Gif formats as these are the best quality for embedding into your website. All text and images will be supplied to you on a disc, and / or via email. What are your rates? We do need to learn a certain amount so that we can put ourselves into the customers / clients shoes and answer the questions that they are likely to ask when they land on your website. We begin by taking some basic details from you and arranging the first consultation. Once we have decided on the number and description of your website pages we work systematically through each one. If needed, we will research on our own to familiarize ourselves with your industry, your competition, and your customers. It is your web content and we would be very happy with your feedback so that we can make any necessary revisions until you are totally happy.
